I love Evil Dead and I totally need this! This is a jointed paper doll made by ArdentlyCrafted on Etsy. https://www.etsy.com/listing/127091404/ash-williams-evil-dead-articulated-paper?ref=usr_faveitems
This fox is part of my Tiny Tokens line. It was sculpted from polymer clay and painted in acrylics, and comes with a handmade mini origami box.
Check out the listing in my Etsy shop for more pics: https://www.etsy.com/listing/151624718/tiny-token-fox-polymer-clay-miniature-in?ref=shop_home_active
Forms in Nature by Hilden Diaz is a light sculpture that casts shadows resembling tree branches on the surrounding walls.
My Gaige the Mechromancer cosplay this year from Borderlands 2. I made this costume myself :) These pictures were taken before Anime Central.
You can find more photos here.
My digital painting of the zombie pigmen (gore)
This is amazing! I love to see Minecraft (or any video game) realistically interpreted.
!! Emergency Sale !! Due to the superOrange printer unexpectedly going to the grave, we are having an emergency sale to get a new printer asap. No printer = no screenprinting = no cool fandom stuff :(
All tees are now on sale (some as low as $11 USD).
Earlier this year I decided that I wanted to invest my efforts into larger, more detailed pieces instead of just repeatedly making the same charms over and over again. I love the charms and jewelry I have in my shop, but I have more of an urge to create things that are going challenge me and stand out when they’re finished. I have a couple sculptures I made recently that I’m pretty satisfied with, and a newly listed artisan bear in the shop, and now I’m getting requests for just the sort of thing I’m looking to make! I’m currently working on a Regular Show cake topper for a customer, and I’ve had requests for 32 fantasy figurines for a chess board, and a for-sale version of the Super Metroid sculpture I have yet to finish. I think these things are definitely going to keep me busy and interested in what I’m working on.

I am super excited to be making Etsy treasuries for momsbasement.org now! I normally write the weekly art post, but making treasuries is also fun (and addicting!)
This Tuesday’s treasury is all about mining games. Of course you know and love Minecraft, but have you heard of Terraria or Miner Dig Deep? Go check out the pixellated mining goodness here: http://momsbasement.org/2013/05/14/tuesdays-treasury-dig-it/

I used to make handsewn art bears before I discovered polymer clay. They were a lot of fun to make. I never sold any but gave them all away to friends and family. I haven’t made any in a long time, but recently thought combining my love for both polymer clay and stuffed bears would be fun.
This is Haywood. I really enjoyed making him and I think there will be more plush and polymer creatures in the shop in the future.

The tiny, life-size ladybug in this bottle was carefully sculpted from polymer clay, with painted details to make it as realistic as possible. It clings to a little stick embedded in polymer clay grass and dirt. The ladybug is housed inside a 2” glass bottle.
It reminds me of hunting for pet bugs to put in jars as a kid. :)
